Smartcredit has updated, so the old way of capturing your report is no longer correct. If you find yourself following the previous method, that's why it's not working.

To ensure you collect the CORRECT CODE to later input into Prodigy, please follow these steps EXACTLY as outlined below:

Step 1: Login to Smartcredit.

Step 2: Click the three lines at the top right corner of the page to access the drop-down menu.

Step 3: Select "3B Reports & Scores" to view your three credit scores.

Step 4: Click the Orange/Red button labeled "Switch to classic view."

(DO NOT COPY ANYTHING FROM THAT PAGE AS DONE BEFORE SMARTCREDIT UPDATES)

Step 5: In a different tab OR the same tab, open this EXACT link: https://www.smartcredit.com/member/credit-report/3b/simple.htm?format=HTML

Step 6: Now, open the page source from the NEW page and copy EVERYTHING.

FINAL PART (USE PICTURES BELOW FOR REFERENCE):

1. Go back to Prodigy.

2. Select Client.

3. Choose Edit Client.

4. Scroll down and click the Green Button.

5. Select the Drop Down and choose SC or Smartcredit.

6. Click Process HTML.

7. Click Save.
